1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or personalized designs may take an additional 2-3 business days for processing.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

We currently ship within the USA. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high demand.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
• PK Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

5. International Shipping (If applicable in the future)

• Currently, we only ship within the USA. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping options!

6. Delays & Issues

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at  Info@pkhubofficial.com
• In case of lost or damaged shipments, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
